I often travel via Schiphol. In recent months it has struck me that the security staff at Schiphol at the security checkpoints are always in such a good mood. At most other airports, the security guards are either extremely bold and like to show their authority by shouting and raising their voices (USA), or the security guards don’t care at all what happens (most other countries), or they are only focused on themselves, they can’t wait to go home.
At Schiphol, the security guards are usually cheerful, they make little jokes and exude their authority in a friendly way. That way it is a lot more pleasant to travel via Schiphol, compared to all other airports, purely because of the nice approach of your people from I-SEC
I don’t know what you have done for this, maybe you provide good training, or do you have a good HR policy, or you do other things, but I want to give my compliments for it anyway.
