As of 1 January 2022, Rom holds the CEO position of I-SEC International Security B.V. Rom is a CPA (Israel) and an attorney at law (Israel). He joined I-SEC International Security's holding company, ICTS International N.V., in 2015 as an Internal auditor. In April 2019, he was nominated as Deputy CEO of I-SEC International Security B.V., responsible for the Company's Quality Assurance and Corporate HR and supporting project management in different areas. As of February 2020, Rom became a joint Managing Director of I-SEC International Security B.V. Before joining I-SEC, Rom was a financial auditor at the Israeli Securities Authority (ISA).
