The cooperation with the previous service provider for passenger and baggage checks at Erfurt-Weimar Airport was terminated by the client and the service was consequently put out to tender again.
I-SEC won the tender and was awarded the contract for the provision of aviation security screening services.

After a short and intensive preparation period, the experienced service provider was able to realize a seamless transfer of operations on 1 September 2024. I-SEC is taking over its fourth new location this year, Erfurt-Weimar Airport in Thuringia, and is now providing aviation security screening services at a total of seven airports in Germany. Oliver Damer, Managing Director of I-SEC in Germany, is confident: “We are looking forward to mastering the tasks together with our experienced colleagues at Erfurt-Weimar Airport. Our aim is to provide the best possible support to the employees on site and to satisfy the client with our services.”
