As of 1 January 2022, Rom holds the position of CEO of I-SEC International Security B.V.

Rom is a CPA (Israel) and an attorney at law (Israel). Rom joined I-SEC International Security's holding company - ICTS International N.V. - in 2015 as an Internal auditor. In April 2019 he was nominated as Deputy CEO of I-SEC International Security B.V., being responsible for the Company's Quality Assurance and Corporate HR, and providing support in project management in different areas. As of February 2020 Rom became a joint Managing Director of I-SEC International Security B.V.

Rom also holds within ICTS International N.V. the title of Joint Managing Director.

Before joining ICTS, Rom was working as a financial auditor and in the Israeli Securities Authority (ISA).

Martin Fortunato joined I-SEC International Security B.V. as a Group Finance Director in May 2021 to develop and secure the financial, treasury and administrative performance of the company towards its stakeholders.

Martin has more than 30 years of experience in Finance and held senior management positions in different multinational companies, countries and industries.

Martin holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration, a Master of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA with specialisation in Finance and Strategy.

Since 1 February 2022, Andrea has taken the position of COO at I-SEC International Security B.V.

Andrea has over 20 years of management experience, and a successful track record in senior positions in challenging environments like transport infrastructure and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining I-SEC, Andrea was CCO at Munich Airport.
Previously, she headed the North regional unit at Deutsche Bahn Station & Service AG and was Chief Executive Officer at Tirana International Airport, Albania.

Andrea holds a master degree in Roman Language Studies / Business Administration at the University of Giessen, Germany.

Marc Pissens has acted as Strategic Advisor for the company's aviation security business since April 2021. He works with corporate management to explore potential partnerships that would be the optimal strategic fit for successful entry into each of the market segments I-SEC International is considering. In addition, Marc advises I-SEC on the company's global expansion strategy and on customer tender and contract negotiations.

Marc has more than 30 years of experience in the security industry. He established Aviapartner Security in 1988 at Brussels Airport. After the company was acquired by Securitas in 1998, he became responsible for putting Securitas on the map in the Benelux and became president of Securitas Aviation Worldwide, remaining in the position until he left the group at the end of 2020. By this point, Securitas Aviation Security was operating in over 300 airports with some 28000 staff. From 2010 to 2018, Marc also held the position of president of Securitas Africa, the Middle-East and Asia, active in 36 countries with over 80000 staff.

Marc holds two engineering degrees from the Brussels Engineering Institute.
